He asked if there is going <br /> to be any potential legislation coming down the pike to leverage some negotiations. <br /> Travis Myren said the $3 million is for the borrowing the County has already done. He <br /> said he is not aware of any federal initiative and the general rule is you pay debt service first. <br />
