Advisory Boards and Commissions —Appointments <br /> The Board approved the Advisory Boards and Commissions appointments as reviewed and <br /> discussed during the February 11, 2020 Work Session. <br /> n. Approval of System Safety Program Plan and Title VI Plan for Orange County Public <br /> Transportation <br /> The Board approved an updated System Safety Program Plan and Title VI Plan for Orange <br /> County Public Transportation (OCPT) based on a North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> requirement that all transit agencies have an updated safety security program plan and Title VI <br /> plan approved by the governing board. <br /> o. Greater Triangle Commuter Rail Study— Next Steps <br /> The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, receiving the results of the <br /> Greater Triangle Commuter Rail (GTCR) study and deferring additional study for Orange <br /> county sections. <br /> 9.
