Approve a five year lease agreement with Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless) for space <br /> on the wall and roof of the Sportsplex, located at 101 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough, <br /> for the installation, operation and maintenance of communications equipment; and <br /> 2.) Authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution for Lease, and the Manager to sign the Non- <br /> Disturbance and Attornment Agreement, and Lease Agreement upon final review by the <br /> County Attorney. <br />
