2 <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Expected revenue would be $1,800 a year for each year of the five-year <br /> lease for a total cost of $9,000 over the course of the five-year period. The annual rental for the <br /> potential five-year extension would increase by 1.5% over the base rate. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact associated <br /> with this item. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board <br /> 1.) Approve a five year lease agreement with Cellco Partnership (Verizon Wireless) for space <br /> on the wall and roof of the Sportsplex, located at 101 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough, <br /> for the installation, operation and maintenance of communications equipment; and <br /> 2.) Authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution for Lease, and the Manager to sign the Non- <br /> Disturbance and Attornment Agreement, and Lease Agreement upon final review by the <br /> County Attorney. <br />
