36 <br /> EXHIBIT B - Definitions: Rules of Construction <br /> For all purposes of this Supplemental Agreement, unless the context requires <br /> otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. <br /> "2020 Bonds" means the County's Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2020, <br /> originally issued in the aggregate principal amount of [$43,000,000] pursuant to the <br /> Prior Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement. <br /> "2020 Proceeds Fund" means the Orange County 2020 Proceeds Fund <br /> established pursuant to Section 3.02. <br /> "2020 Project"has the meaning assigned in the preambles to this Supplemental <br /> Agreement. <br /> "2020 Project Costs" means "Project Costs," as defined in the 2018 Agreement, <br /> related to the 2020 Project. <br /> "Deed of Trust" means the Prior Deed of Trust as modified by the "Deed of <br /> Trust Supplement #3" dated as of May 1, 2020, also granted by the County for the <br /> Trustee's benefit. <br /> "Payment Date" with respect to the 2020 Bonds means each April 1 and <br /> October 1, beginning October 1, 2020. <br /> "Prior Agreement" means the Trust Agreement dated as of June 1, 2018, <br /> between the County and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as <br /> trustee, as supplemented by (a) a First Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of <br /> April 1, 2019, between the County and the Trustee, and (a) a Second Supplemental <br /> Trust Agreement dated as of November 1, 2019, also between the County and the <br /> Trustee. <br /> "Prior Deed of Trust" means the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated <br /> as of June 1, 2018, from the County to a Deed of Trust Trustee for the County's benefit, <br /> as supplemented by (a) a Deed of Trust Supplement#1 dated as of April 1, 2019, and <br /> (b) a Deed of Trust Supplement#2 dated as of November 1, 2019. <br /> 15 <br />
