Once all <br /> appliances are removed from the kitchen area,the flooring squares will be removed to expose <br /> the sub floor.Any water damaged areas of the sub floor will be replaced.When the sub floor is <br /> removed the damaged joist will be exposed so repairs can be made. New joist will be siste red <br /> or completely replaced with the existing water damaged joist. After all repairs are made to the <br /> floor joist the floor system will be inspected. The new subfloor sheathing will be installed and <br /> adequately nailed down to ensure a solid floor. The new kitchen floor will be installed utilizing a <br /> vinyl plank because it is secure with a waterproof seal and is scratch and dent resistant. Once <br /> the new floor is installed,the stove and drink machine will be returned to their original <br /> location.A metal drain pan will be installed in the ice machine location. once the drain pan is <br /> installed,the ice machine will be re installed and all new plumbing will be installed unsure <br /> proper and efficient drainage farm the ice machine.
