This provision (Personal and Advertising Injury — Discrimination or Humiliation) does not apply if <br /> Personal and Advertising Injury Liability is excluded either by the provisions of the Policy or by <br /> endorsement. <br /> F. Personal and Advertising Injury-Broadened Eviction <br /> Under Liability and Medical Expenses Definitions, the definition of "Personal and advertising injury" is <br /> amended to delete Paragraph c. and replace it with the following: <br /> c. The wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room <br /> dwelling or premises that a person or organization occupies committed by or on behalf of its owner, landlord <br /> or lessor. <br /> G. Waiver of Subrogation—Blanket <br /> We waive any right of recovery we may have against: <br /> a.
