Harvey, Planner III, (919) 245-2597 <br /> Craig Benedict, Director, (919) 245-2575 <br /> PURPOSE: To defer action on a proposed UDO Text Amendment to the September 1, 2020 <br /> Board Business meeting. <br /> BACKGROUND: The Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on this item at its <br /> March 10, 2020 Business meeting, and the Board voted to close the public hearing and defer <br /> action until the April 7, 2020 Business meeting. Due to the COVID-19 social distancing policies, <br /> this item is recommended for postponement to the Board's September 1, 2020 Business <br /> meeting.
