37 "Supplemental Agreement" means this Third Supplemental Trust Agreement, as it may be properly amended or supplemented from time to time. "Trust Agreement" means the Prior Agreement as modified and supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, as it may be further amended or supplemented from time to time.
