Additional money has been raised from the private sector <br />(Howard, Perry and Walston Foundation). If a grant from the NC Arts Council is received, an <br />apprenticeship component of this project will be funded. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the Manager to <br />sign the Southern Human Services Center Public Art agreement with artist Sarah Craige <br />contingent upon final review by staff and the County Attorney. <br />
