<br /> Sasser Companies may, from time to time, be requested by a Client to provide work, materials,
<br /> service or labor to install air filtration equipment, pre-clean, clean, or otherwise proceed with
<br /> disinfection procedures to reduce potential airborne and surface sources for infectious viruses
<br /> or disease. The Client understands that Sasser Companies is not a medical provider, medical
<br /> professional, or manufacturer of disinfectants. Sasser Companies cannot guarantee results of
<br /> air filtration or disinfection procedures. Sasser Companies cannot be present at all times to
<br /> address when a viruses, disease or contagion maybe be newly added to the subject location by
<br /> the public, including, but not limited to, visitors, guests, attendees, students, employees,
<br /> and/or agents, after Sasser Companies has performed air filtration and or disinfection
<br /> procedures. Accordingly, by accepting this proposal Orange County agrees to defend,
<br /> indemnify, and hold harmless Sasser Companies from claims or demands by Orange County,
<br /> and the public, including, but not limited to, visitors, guests, attendees, students, employees,
<br /> and/or agents as a result of Sasser Companies' work, materials, service or labor to install air
<br /> filtration equipment, pre-clean, clean, or otherwise proceed with air filtration and or
<br /> disinfection procedures at the request of Orange County. Orange County also agrees, in any
<br /> event, that Sasser Companies' total liability for work, materials, service or labor to install air
<br /> filtration equipment, pre-clean, clean, or otherwise proceed with air filtration and or
<br /> disinfection procedures at the request of the Orange County is limited to the total price such air
<br /> filtration, cleaning and/or disinfection procedures.
