This proposal <br /> includes our understanding of the project information, proposed scope of services, fee for <br /> professional services, and proposed schedule. <br /> Project Information <br /> Our understanding of the project is based on information provided in the original Request for <br /> Qualifications, a pre-proposal meeting with you to discuss the projects, and documents provided <br /> for our preliminary review(property information and available facility documents). <br /> The Orange County Sportsplex is located at 101 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough, North <br /> Carolina. The complex includes an <br /> ice rink, swimming pool, <br /> gymnasium/fitness spaces, and <br /> courts. It is our understanding that <br /> the portion of the Sportsplex roof to <br /> be included in the roof replacement <br /> project (Main Building) is the <br /> original central hub located On <br /> between the pool and ice rink <br /> wings and is one-story and <br /> approximately 32,000 square feet r ; <br /> in area (shown in red on the aerial <br /> view). The existing roof system is <br /> reported to be a ballasted EPDM <br /> membrane over rigid insulation, I J <br /> thermal barrier, and a metal deck , <br /> over sloped structure which is — p <br /> likely original to the 1995 <br /> construction. <br />
