Items specifically excluded from replacement are new compressors of any kind <br /> unless the manufacturer determines that the compressor failure is due to manufacturing <br /> workmanship or materials and credit is given to Danhard for the defective compressor, or <br /> compressors with leaking shaft seals, which we many, at our discretion, replace the shaft <br /> seal kit only. <br /> E This warranty does not cover units or components installed on aircraft of any type. <br /> WARRANI' FR INGPROCEDURES <br /> A The Warranty Registration Card which is packed with your unit is to be <br /> completed in its entirety, signed, and the Factory Original mailed to Danhard, Inc. <br /> Copies are to be retained by the Customer and the Installing Center. <br /> R The Unit Serial Number and Danhard Part Number are already indicated on the <br /> Warranty Registration Card. <br /> C Upon receipt of the factory copy of the Warranty Registration Card,it is filed <br /> under the name of the Installing Center. <br /> WARRANI'YCLAIM <br /> A Warranty claims will be accepted from <br /> (1) Actual original owner of unit with proper supporting documentation: <br /> OR <br /> (2) The dealer who originally purchased the unit from Danhard: OR <br /> (3) The installing center: OR <br /> (4) CertifiedAutomotive A/C Service Center <br /> I3 Claim will be paid on a cost per warranty part basis. <br /> C Claims requiring 134a refrigerant charging will receive a credit for a maxinum of <br /> four(4)pounds of refrigerant.
