There are NO other <br /> warranties implied- <br /> This Warranty covers 12 Volt and 24 Volt Systems,components and parts. There is a <br /> separate warranty for our 110 Volt and 220 Volt Systems. <br /> Danhard warrants complete air conditioning systems which consists of the evaporator <br /> assembly, condenser, hose set, receiver/drier, compressor and clutch, and heaters which <br /> were purchased from them for a period of twelve(12) months from the original date of <br /> installation and covers both pasts and labor. Failures due to poor manufacturing <br /> workmanship or materials, under normal conditions of use are covered by this warranty. <br /> Products which fail during this warranty period will be repaired,replaced or credited at <br /> Danhard's option, when proper warranty registration and filing procedures have <br /> been followed. <br /> Danhard warrants service and/or replacement parts for a period of ninety(90) <br /> days from date of installation. This includes all service parts sold by Danhard which <br /> failed during this warranty period. These failed parts will be replaced,repaired or <br /> credited at Danhard's option, when proper warranty filing procedures have been <br /> followed. There is no labor allowance given on service parts. <br /> Any air conditioning components not sold as a parts of a complete air condition system <br /> will be considered as a service part. Units installed utilizing components purchased <br /> from other suppliers and/or manufacturers are not covered by this warranty. <br /> This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other wan-antics, expressed or implied,including <br /> any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and of any <br /> other obligations of Danhard to the purchaser whether for direct or consequential damage <br /> otherwise. Danhard neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any <br /> other liability in connection with such unit or parts. Danhard reserves the right to make <br /> changes in design and for improvement upon its products without imposing any <br /> obligations upon itself to install the same upon its products theretofore manufactured. <br /> The company policy as outlined herein is effective December 31, 2001.
