The descriptions and respective <br /> target audiences are outlined below: <br /> 1. Brand video for visitors. Length: 60-90 seconds. <br /> This version would feature local attractions, restaurants, bars, museums, <br /> galleries,trails,riverwalk, shops...all in a voice/style consistent with the brand <br /> and true to the authentic, unique, diverse culture of the area. With a thriving, <br /> historically rich music scene, we may want to use songs by local artists as the <br /> heartbeat of all the videos. <br /> 2. Brand video focused on meetings and conferences. Length: 60-90 seconds. <br /> We would include some attractions for the leisure traveler outlined above, but <br /> the emphasis of this video would be on the eclectic offering of the area's meeting <br /> spaces and conference venues. Including the Friday Center, Carolina Inn, Siena <br /> Hotel and Graduate Chapel Hill. We would employ the most dynamic approach <br /> to show off the spaces, including drone video and perhaps 360/VR if the budget <br /> allows. We would include details that separate these attendee experiences from <br /> others in the area and promote them to meeting planners regionally and nationally. <br /> 3. Brand video shorts. Length: 10 seconds. <br /> We could create multiple versions, each hitting a specific area attribute, like <br /> dining, entertainment, nature, art, meetings, etc. <br /> ESTIMATED COST: $15,000 <br /> PRE PRODUCTION SHOOT & POST PRODUCTION <br /> Concepts, scripts/storyboards, Art direction of shoot, graphics, <br /> scouting of locations, shoot days, editing, oversee editing, <br /> assembling crew music selection/negotiations <br />
