Dynamic Quest has multiple locations in North <br /> Carolina with its headquarters in Greensboro where it operates a Data Center and 24/7/365 <br /> support center. <br /> Dynamic Quest recognizes that Microsoft continues to add value to its Office 365 offering to meet <br /> the demands of today's businesses. While the value of Office 365 increases, so does its <br /> complexity. Dynamic Quest holds multiple Microsoft competencies and has the experience and <br /> knowledge on how those tools can be best utilized to help grow your business. <br /> With an Office 365 subscription agreement, Dynamic Quest offers the following services at no <br /> additional cost: <br /> • Subscription and Billing Guidance <br /> • Technology Review&Advisory Service— Dynamic Quest will offer annual technology <br /> review sessions to go over your current Office 365 subscription, additional features and <br /> tools available in your plan, and how to leverage these tools. As an added bonus, prior to <br /> each review our services team will perform a network security scan and provide the <br /> results and recommendation as part of the review process. <br /> • Access to our 24x7 Help Desk for Incident Support—customer will gain access to our <br /> 24/7/365 help desk for incident support.
