This system has a faulty evaporator coil causing the refrigerant to leak from the <br /> system causing cooling and heating issues. The original system is the Trane brand and is dual circuit. The <br /> new system we are proposing is the Trane Brand as well and will match the capacity/tonnage of the <br /> original system.We will also include new 15kw electrical auxiliary heaters to replace the auxiliary <br /> heaters that are on the original system to give you all a brand-new system throughout. The existing line <br /> sets will be reused because they are in very good condition. This work will take approximately one to two <br /> days to complete. <br /> Scope of work: <br /> • Labor and material to demo the existing 7-ton Trane Heat Pump <br /> • Labor and material to install New Trane 7-ton Heat Pump <br /> • Labor and material to make all duct modifications to connect to the new system <br /> • Labor and material to connect all refrigerant lines <br /> • Labor and material to reconnect all low and high voltage wiring <br /> • Labor and material to reconnect all drain lines <br /> • Labor and material to evacuate all non-condensable from the system <br /> • Labor and material to install 15kw electric heaters <br /> • Labor and material to reinsulate the new portion of the line set <br /> • Test and start-up <br /> • Rigging <br /> • Permits <br /> Price for the scope of work listed above $12,796.00 <br />
