RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />1. Approve a contract for audit services for fiscal year ending June 30, 2001 at a cost not to <br />exceed $57,500 and authorize the Chair to sign it on behalf of the Board; and <br />2. Authorize the use of Cherry, Bekaert, & Holland to conduct certain assessments related to <br />GASB 34 implementation at a cost not to exceed $25,000, and authorize the Chair to sign the <br />engagement letter on behalf of the Board. <br />
