12 <br />Orange County, North Carolina <br />CONTRACT TO AUDIT ACCOUNTS <br />For the eriod be innin Jul 1, 2000 and endin Tune 30, 2001 <br />Attachxxaent A <br />The funds and accounts which make up the 2000-2001 budget are as follows: <br />General Government: <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />Proprietary Funds: <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Internal Service Fund <br />Fiduciary Funds: <br />Trust and Agency Funds <br />Account Groups: <br />General Fixed Assets <br />General Long-term Debt Obligations <br />Attachment S <br />Time being of the essence, it is agreed that adequate records, schedules and the general ledger(s) <br />necessary to the audit, shall be provided to the auditors by a future agreed upon date. Additionally, <br />the Town shall provide the auditors with work space and facilities adequate for the conduct of the <br />examination and timely assistance in the retrieval of any required documentation. <br />
