Alternatively, three (3) hard copy printed proposals may be delivered by hand or via U.S. Postal <br /> Service no later than 5:00 p.m. EST August 30, 2019. <br /> c. The County will not accept submittals for review that are received after the 5:00 p.m. deadline. <br /> It is the responsibility of the consultant to ensure that the proposal is received by the deadline <br /> date and time detailed herein. <br /> d. Questions relating to this RFQ can be directed to David Cannell in writing at the aforementioned <br /> address, emailed to dcannell@orangecountync.gov, or you may contact Mr. Cannell at (919) <br /> 245-2651. <br /> SUBMITTAL RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Please limit submittals to twenty five (25) single-sided pages. Font size shall be no less than 11 point. If <br /> your firm elects to submit hard copies you are asked to please print the full submittal double-sided and <br /> stapled on recyclable, normal stock, white, office paper without plastic binding or cover. <br /> Section 1—Introductory/Cover Letter <br /> a. Please provide a brief introduction letter stating your interest in the project and include the <br /> name and address/location of your firm, and provide the name, email and phone number of <br /> a designated contact person for this project. <br /> Section 2—Professional Qualifications and Key Project Personnel Experience <br /> a. Provide,for your firm and any subconsultants on you team,the following: <br /> 1. The full name and address of the firm or team, including any subconsultants you <br /> intend to include in your project team. <br /> 2. A brief description of the firm, history of firm and a description of capabilities and <br /> typical services provided offered. <br /> 3. Describe the firm's professional qualifications and experience, including those of any <br /> subconsultants, in order to clearly demonstrate your ability to successfully furnish <br /> the professional engineering services described in this Request for Qualifications. <br /> Include any relevant professional certifications held by the firm, team members and <br /> subconsultants. Firm must be licensed to practice in North Carolina.Submit License. <br /> b. For Key Project Personnel, provide the names and brief resumes of the assigned project <br /> manager and/or other key staff members who will comprise the core of your firm's project <br /> team. Also, provide brief resumes for any identified sub-consultants. <br />
