<br /> 6.0 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
<br /> Orange County Public Transportation ensures all contractors will fulfill their contracts in a
<br /> nondiscriminatory manner. While contractors are not required to prepare a Title VI Program, they must
<br /> comply with the nondiscrimination requirements of the organization to which they are contracted. Orange
<br /> County Public Transportation and its contractors will not discriminate in the selection and retention of
<br /> contractors (at any level)or discriminate in employment practices in connection with any of our projects.
<br /> i.1 CONTRACT LANGUAGI
<br /> I. During the performance of this contract, the contractor, for itself, its assignees, and successors in interest
<br /> (hereinafter referred to as the"contractor")agrees as follows:
<br /> (1) Compliance with Regulations: The contractor Recipient or the FTA, as appropriate, and will set forth
<br /> (hereinafter includes consultants)will comply with the what efforts it has made to obtain the information.
