While contractors are not required to prepare a Title VI Program, they must <br /> comply with the nondiscrimination requirements of the organization to which they are contracted. Orange <br /> County Public Transportation and its contractors will not discriminate in the selection and retention of <br /> contractors (at any level)or discriminate in employment practices in connection with any of our projects. <br /> i.1 CONTRACT LANGUAGI <br /> I.
