Safety meetings and committees are used to present information, discuss problems and <br /> new ideas and discuss recent accidents and injuries. Safety meetings and commitment <br /> shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Wearing the prescribed uniform and safety shoes as required. <br /> 2. Reporting promptly and in writing, to your supervisor, all injuries and illnesses <br /> associated with the jobs. <br /> 3. Reporting, no matter how slight, all fires, accidental damage to property, <br /> hazardous material spills and other emergency occurrences to your supervisor. <br /> 4. Disposing of all hazardous materials in an acceptable and lawful manner. <br /> 5. Working under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs is specifically forbidden. Use of <br /> prescription drugs, which may affect your alertness or work abilities, shall be reported <br /> to your supervisor (49 CFR parts 40, 653, and 654). <br /> 6.
