3.3b.—TRAINING OF OTHER PERSONNEL <br /> At a minimum, OCPT includes the as part of the training curriculum for agency personnel not <br /> directly involved in revenue service: <br /> Maintenance <br /> • Mechanic Skill Development <br /> Defensive Driving <br /> CPR/First Aid/Triage <br /> • Incident response protocols <br /> Scheduling and Dispatching <br /> • Scheduling and Dispatching Skill development <br /> • Customer Relations <br /> Radio Usage <br /> • Crisis Management <br /> • Incident response protocols <br /> Management and Supervision <br /> • Leadership Skills <br /> • Coaching, Counseling and Discipline <br /> • Crisis Management <br /> • Accident Investigation <br /> • Crime scene Preservation and evidence collection requirements <br /> 3.3c.—TRAINING DOCUMENTATION <br /> The OCPT maintains complete and accurate records of all driver training and certification, as <br /> well as the training materials and grading mechanism. Drivers are required to demonstrate skill <br /> and performance competency in the type of vehicle to which they are assigned as a part of <br /> training requirements.
