OCPT SAFETYISECURITY ALERT SYSTEM is found in the section of <br /> this document entitled SECURITY PLAN SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS <br /> at SECTION 7.7. <br /> 2.4 Emergency Planning <br /> 2.4a.— INTERNAL CONTACT INFORMATION <br /> OCPT maintains accurate and up-to-date internal contact information on key staff and board <br /> members required to respond to safety and security emergencies. <br /> 2.4b.— EXTERNAL CONTACT INFORMATION <br /> OCPT maintains accurate and up-to-date external contact information on key community <br /> emergency management personnel and first responders to be notified in the case of safety and <br /> security emergencies. <br /> Completed Intemal and External "CONTACT LISTS" are found in <br /> the section of this document entitled SECURITY PLAN <br /> SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS at SECTION 7.8. <br /> 2.4c—EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM ROSTER <br /> OCPT maintains an accurate and up-to-date roster that includes contact information of the <br /> transit incident management team in advance of any incident. This team is based on the <br /> Incident Command System (ICS) and includes representation from each area of the <br /> organization. <br /> 2.4d.— DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY <br /> OCPT has a plan to ensure continuity of management throughout any emergency incident.
