Vehicles Operated by Contractor <br /> or Services Outsourced <br /> PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE <br /> Preventive maintenance is a term used to describe the performance of regularly scheduled <br /> maintenance procedures of OCPT vehicles to prevent the possibility of malfunctions. <br /> [NAME OF CONTRACTOR] will maintain all <br /> vehicles and wheelchair lifts in the <br /> best possible operational condition. This will be accomplished by adhering to and/or exceeding the <br /> manufacturer's recommended minimum maintenance requirements. <br /> MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE <br /> Each vehicle is assigned a number by the <br /> Public Transportation Director, which is affixed to each vehicle in a visible location along with the <br /> phone number of the OCPT office. <br /> Preventative Vehicle Maintenance Schedule <br /> All vehicles will have a preventative maintenance service and inspection at established intervals.
