In order to close on its permanent loan for Greenfield Commons, <br /> 38 Greenfield Senior Housing, LLC, owner of Greenfield Commons, needs the County to <br /> 39 subordinate its deed of trust to an easement allowing access to dumpster facilities located just <br /> 40 to the south of the common property line between the two developments, entirely on the <br /> 41 Greenfield Place development.
