Baker. <br /> 20 FACILITATOR: Maggie Chotas, Dispute Settlement Center <br /> 21 CONSULTANT: Michael Goodman, Innovation Associates Organizational Learning <br /> 22 Observers—Department Directors and members of the public and news media. <br /> 23 Department Heads: Nancy Coston, Janice Tyler, Annette Moore, Jim Northup, David Stancil, <br /> 24 Cait Fenhagen, Todd McGee, Erica Bryant, Greg Wilder <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Chair Rich called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Welcome & Introductions Maggie Chotas, Facilitator, Dispute Settlement Center <br /> 29 Chair Rich welcomed everyone. <br /> 30 Maggie Chotas introduced Michael Goodman, from Innovation Associates Organizational <br /> 31 Learning. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Ms. Chotas said it promised to be a rich day with the potential for positive outcomes. She <br /> 34 reviewed the retreat desired outcomes and ground rules: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Proposed Ground Rules - How do we want to work together today? <br /> 37 • Begin and adjourn on time <br /> 38 • One speaker at a time <br /> 39 • Listen attentively <br /> 40 • Focus on learning and inquiry <br /> 41 • Step up/Step back <br /> 42 • Share the time available for discussion <br /> 43 • It is OK to disagree...please do so respectfully <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Commissioners affirmed the ground rules. <br /> 46 <br />
