The County Manager's Office is moving $1,800 between functions to cover expenses <br /> related to meeting facilitation for the Greene Tract property. This budget amendment <br /> provides for the moving of budgeted funds from the County Manager's Office to the Non- <br /> Departmental section of the General Government function. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact <br /> associated with this item. <br /> Sheriff's Office <br /> 3. The Sheriff's Office has been awarded funds from the U.S. Department of Justice FY <br /> 2019 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) in the amount of $67,359. In <br /> June 2000, the Sheriff's Office entered into an agreement with Justice Benefit, Inc. to <br /> secure appropriate Federal financial assistance in recovering federal funds that are due <br /> to counties who house federal inmates. This budget amendment provides for the receipt <br /> of the additional $67,359.
