Exhibit A <br /> <br />Landscaping Scope of Work for Solid Waste approximately 2.5 acres <br /> <br />Administrative Building <br />Landscape and Mowing Service <br />1. Mow and care for grass, including aeration, fertilization and over-seeding as <br />appropriate. <br />2. Trim all hedges at least twice a month or when needed. <br />3. Monitor, prune/trim and otherwise care for bushes and trees in the various <br />landscaped beds. <br />4. Weed/spray for weeds in the landscaped beds and mulched areas. <br />5. Monitor, prune and otherwise care for roses and other plants in the gazebo area. <br />6. Mulch the landscaped beds and trees on an annual basis. Orange County Solid <br />Waste will provide the mulch. <br />7. Maintain walkways behind building by weeding/spraying and or adding additional <br />surface material, which is currently fine brown gravel, aka Chapel Hill grit. <br />8. Edge along sidewalks and traffic island curbs. <br />9. Use trimmer as needed around septic tank, cistern manholes, sign posts and <br />other items that are difficult to mow around with a riding or push mower. <br />10. Blow or sweep grass clippings from sidewalk when finished for the day. <br />Aerating and Seeding Service <br />Aerate and seed the grounds at the Solid Waste Administration Facility in March and <br />October of each year or as otherwise agreed.
