This service will be provided during the regular business hours <br />of this service organization (ADS, INC.). Service provided after normal business hours will be at the field <br />rates provided in attached chart.$150.00 per hour or any portion thereof and $75.00 per hour travel. <br /> <br />In addition to the annual maintenance charge, the following charges will be added: (a) any applicable tax now or <br />hereafter imposed on, or in connection with the furnishings of the services herein provided for; (b) additional <br />supplies for system use; (sound card, microphones, headsets and foot controls). <br /> <br />Maintenance to include phone support and onsite service 7/1/20-6/30/21 for labor, phone support, 2 MX4 Mixer, <br />FTR 5.6.2 software upgrades and mileage. MAINTENANCE HEREUNDER DOES NOT INCLUDE <br />SUPPLIES (HEADSETS, FOOT CONTROLS, USB MICROPHONES) OR REPAIRS MADE NECESSARY <br />BY ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURE, RELOCATION OF EQUIPMENT, RE-INSTALLATION OF <br />SOFTWARE, FIRE, THEFT, WATER DAMAGE, ABUSE OR OTHER CASUALTIES. In such event, repair <br />or alteration will be rendered only upon special order by the customer (County of Orange) and after approval by the <br />customer (County of Orange) of the estimated additional charge. <br />If the systems are upgraded to Windows 10 there will be an FTR Software Upgrade <br />Requirement to Reporter 6.2 at a charge of $3995.00 per system. With the Service Support <br />Agreement in place there will be no charge for installation or training for the upgrade for <br />either system. <br /> <br />This agreement is not transferable, and cannot be modified except by agreement in writing signed by the customer <br />(County of Orange) and the servicing organization (ADS, INC.). <br /> <br />This agreement will be declared void if the serial number is altered or removed; and if repairs are made by other <br />than the organization specified below. <br /> <br />This agreement shall become effective for the period stated below, and will be automatically renewed thereafter for <br />annual terms at the rates in effect at the time of renewal, unless terminated by either party in writing thirty (30) days <br />prior to the end of any contract year.
