CTC Proposal to Orange County – Public Works to Animal Services <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />Kyle Doescher | GIS Analyst and Staff Engineer <br /> <br />Kyle Doescher works with a range of geographic design programs—including ESRI ArcGIS, Google <br />Earth, and OSPInSight—to enable large-scale fiber and wireless network design and construction <br />projects, as well as to illustrate geographic data for feasibil ity studies. He creates maps to support <br />network route planning, utility pole attachment, and permit application processes. Kyle <br />researches, aggregates, and manipulates data to create maps essential to projects.
