In other words, <br />the board will not consider personal opinions when making its decision; those opinions must be <br />supported by factual evidence. <br />Do I have to attend? <br />You are not required to attend this hearing. However, you will need to attend and offer evidence if <br />you wish to support or oppose this application. The hearing is open to the public, but only citizens <br />with “standing” can participate. Property owners within 1,000 ft. of the proposed recreational <br />facility property, such as you, have standing. <br />Please note that County regulations and State law do not require parties to hire an attorney for the <br />hearing.
