At the 1997 Assemblyof Governments meeting , staffs were <br /> 9 � <br /> asked to further develop ideas for joint parks efforts by the jurisdictions and <br /> report back at a future Assembly of Governments meeting . <br /> In addition to these reports, there is a related document worthy of note . The <br /> Memoranda of Agreement for Providing Coordinated Site and Facility <br /> Planning ( originated by the Schools and Land Use Councils ) provide an impetus <br /> for co - location of public facilities where possible .
