Thee 391 smacr a park will be jointly <br /> owned and managed by Orange and Durham counties . <br /> Late last year, both the Orange and Durham county boards of oornmissioners approved a <br /> preliminary park design plan that incorporates the following elements , entrance road and <br /> parking area , prenic shelter, restroom facifity , children 's play area , group camping area , <br /> and trail system (with separate walling/hiking , mountain biking , and equeitdan ttrall1s)4 <br /> Tiro issues related to parr uses (camping and horseback riding f�r�cilitics} am <br /> ,expected to be discussed and resolved when representatives from both county <br /> boards meet later this Spring to finalize an interlooa,l agreement f*r the park's <br /> operation and maIntenance.
