I have lived around the world as a journalist, and can bring in <br /> many outside perspectives and solution to help solve problems. As a journalist, I have covered <br /> governments globally so I have a great understanding of how it functions, but still have a lot to <br /> learn.) have also been a responsible pet owner for the last 20 years. <br /> Reasons for wanting to serve on this board: <br /> I want to get involved in local government in some capacity to better know my Chapel Hill <br /> neighbors. I am also passionate about animal welfare.
