Funding for the purchase came from proceeds from the 1997 Parks and <br /> Recreation Bonds , <br /> Development plans forthe park are anticipated to be part of the revised Master Recreation and Park plan <br /> that is currently being updated , Funds allocated in fiscal year. 2001 - 02 provide for a feasibility study for <br /> the park , <br />
