It provides surrounding neighborhoods <br /> with play apparatus , p0 Olt <br /> icnic areas, and benches . <br /> The park was developed on an old landfill that the County acquired from the Town of Hillsborough . A <br /> geotechnical evaluation is currently being conducted to determine the extent and depth of the landfill . F <br /> Before furtherdevelo ment of the staff recommends that the evaluation be completed and the � <br /> P park, <br /> Board receive a report from the engineers concerning potential uses of the land .
