The meeting will begin at 4 : 00 . m . <br /> Y g 9 P . <br /> at the Southern Human Services Center located on Homestead Road in <br /> Chapel Hill . The meeting should adjourn by 6 : 00 p . m . In preparation for the <br /> meeting , please find enclosed the following item : <br /> • An Agenda for the May 16 , 2001 Task Force Meeting <br /> Please note that draft minutes from the May 2 , 2001 Task Force Meeting , <br /> although noted on the agenda , are not included with these materials . The <br /> compilation of those minutes was not complete at the time of forwarding the <br /> agenda materials . However, staff will be completing them on Monday , May 14 <br /> and will email/fax/mall them to all Task Force members at that time . <br /> Please remember to return your second round of bond ballots by 9 : 00 a . m <br /> on Tuesday , May 15 , 2001 . <br /> Please bring a calculator with you to the meeting , and , if you have an <br /> extra calculator , please also bring it for any other Task Force members who <br /> may not bring one . <br /> Please remember that a meal will not be served at the May 16t" meeting . <br /> Light snacks and drinks will be provided . <br /> We look forward to seeing you at the meeting on the 16t" , and please <br /> remember to bring your notebooks and other materials from the previous <br /> meetings .
