It has always been expect to not abuse the call in option and attend in person when <br /> possible.Tiketha called in for the January, March, and May meetings. She emailed that she would be calling into the September meeting, but never did. She attened the <br /> November meeting in person. We discussed how call in should only be used sparingly but that members should make every effort to attend.The State Long Term Care <br /> Ombudsman Program requires members to attend 75 percent of business meetings. <br />
