I ve seen the region grow significantly since 1986. 1 ve worked at Duke for 15 years <br /> and have seen the increase in congestion as employees commute to our local academic <br /> medical centers, Duke and UNC. I began attending Durham Chapel Hill Carrboro Metropolitan <br /> Planning Organization community presentations around 2007, as I became interesting in long <br /> range planning along the Highway 54 corridor.
