The report will <br /> touch on the history of economic impact which has been realized in other North Carolina communities _ <br /> from the development of tournament quality soccer and softball facilities . __ J <br /> The Feasibility Study will spend a significant amount of time assessing the environmental impacts <br /> and engineering requirements of the project on the property , specifically focusing on the history of - <br /> the property as a former landfill . <br /> The Scope of Work shall include the following Services : <br /> l .
