The majority of land for the <br /> proposed parks shall be provided by public agencies throughout the <br /> County . . Generally , the Master Plan recommends . <br /> • The development of community parks within Bingham , Cheeks , <br /> Cedar Grove , Eno , and Little River townships <br /> • Four district parks scattered throughout county <br /> • Construction of swimming pools at Chapel Hill and Orange High <br /> Schools <br /> In determining the priorities of park development and land acquisition , <br /> the Plan cites the requirement to consider immediate or pressing <br /> needs of the community first . Priorities for land acquisition and <br /> development include the following <br /> 1 . Providing equitable distribution of recreational opportunities <br /> 2 . Providing for areas of the County not currently being served <br /> 3 .
