At its September 28 , 1998 Council adopted the <br /> following actions <br /> from FY98 - 99 budget appropriated for conceptual <br /> plan process of aquatic facility/ community <br /> center <br /> $ 200 , 000 in Town park bonds allocated for <br /> development of batting cage project <br /> 2 . Possible development <br /> a . Aquatic facility <br /> b .
