The Work Group and staffAs personal knowledge of <br /> resources in the area , inventories recently completed by <br /> participating municipalities , and information from area apartment <br /> associations and complexes were all used in development of the <br /> document . The listing of apartments is that of complexes listed <br /> in Orange County tax records . Thus , the list is not a complete <br /> listing of all complexes in the county or municipalities . <br /> B . Needs Identified for County and Municipalities <br /> The needs assessment subcommittee was formed in order to <br /> more accurately identify specific needs of facilities throughout <br /> each jurisdiction . <br /> The following needs were identified through this process : <br /> Orange County <br /> • Develop Phase II - Efland - Cheeks Community <br /> School Park . <br /> • Develop Courthouse/River Park . <br /> • Develop Fairview Community Park & renovate <br /> playground . <br /> • Develop a Master Plan for Northern Human Services <br /> Center Park and renovate the building . <br /> • Renovate the Central Recreation Center Heating <br /> and Air System and replace windows . <br /> 7 <br />
