Standards that must be complied with are specified in <br />Article 8.8.24 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The proposed amendment would clarify that the historic nature of the property a; <br />well as the structure maybe considered in the Special Use Permit approval <br />process. <br />The proposed amendment was presented for public heazing on June 26, 1996. <br />
