DRAFT <br /> February 1 , 2000 <br /> Dear Reader: j �' �'=' �; ` S <br /> There are many different components that make up Orange County ' s���__ r <br /> " environment. " While we cannot begin to cover all of the many issues that <br /> affect the environment in our County, the Commission for the Environment <br /> is interested in beginning an annual State of the Environment report that <br /> assesses the County ' s status in the three primary areas of focus for our <br /> Commission .
