Some negotiated dedication for <br /> tax credit <br /> Focus of Acquisition <br /> • Parks and Recreation has a greenway master plan . <br /> • If a development comes into that area , the planner will <br /> put them in contact with the Parks and Recreation <br /> Department . <br /> • The Parks and Recreation Department can also <br /> purchase the land directly from the property - owner . <br />
