Town of Hillsborough <br /> The Hillsborough Parks and Recreation Master Plan was approved in <br /> 1993 . Its goals are still valid although additional needs have arisen <br /> that indicate the Master Plan is due for an update . A recent <br /> annexation to the Town for a new subdivision coupled with substantial <br /> growth within Hillsborough Township increases the need for <br /> recreational opportunities . The Town , as yet , has no public parks that <br /> are officially open to the public although several park projects are <br /> 6 <br />
