C 3 <br /> Qualitative Outcomes (success stories ) cont ' d <br /> In an attempt to serve more youth through our services at the JobLink, we brought in a <br /> WIA summer youth employee . Johnnie McCaigue was a pleasant young man trying to <br /> get work to help pay for his educational expenses at the North Carolina A & T <br /> University . Johnnie had completed his first year of study and was having difficulty <br /> obtaining a job for the summer . Johnnie had good computer skills and good people skills <br /> enabling him to assist customers in the Center ' s Resource Room , as well as , giving <br /> assistance to other agencies that needed an extra hand . JOCCA was pleased to be able to <br /> give Johnnie some assistance and we were grateful for the assistance he gave us . Johnnie <br /> is now working and continuing his studies . <br /> 4 <br />
