Tasse presented this plan , which has not been revised <br /> since its last review . Dr . Tasse reported that there have <br /> been no incidents of target behavior in the last 18 + months . <br /> However , given the seriousness and the volitional nature of <br /> the behavior , he requested that the plan remain in place in <br /> order to ensure the safety of the community . <br /> 90 Day approval Next review : Oct 2005 <br /> Behavior Plan Mr . Clayton presented this plan , which has not been revised <br /> since its last review . The consumer is doing well , although <br /> there was a significant increase in target behaviors during <br /> the last quarter due to several environmental changes . Mr . <br /> Clayton requested that the plan remain in place , as it has <br /> worked well for the consumer , who will be experiencing <br /> more transitions over the next year . <br /> 90 Day approval Next review : Oct 2005 <br /> Behavior Plan Ms . Lanier presented this plan , which has not been revised <br /> since its last review . Ms . Lanier reported that the consumer <br /> is doing well , although there were three incidents of target <br /> behaviors in May . Ms . Lanier asked that the plan remain in <br /> place but indicated that the treatment team will be working <br /> with the consumer to increase his independent time . <br /> 90 Day approval Next review : Oct 2005 <br /> 17 <br />
