Review of Last Months Minutes <br /> Minutes from last month were reviewed and accepted with no <br /> changes . <br /> 3 . Service Definition Changes and Implementation Date Change <br /> - There have been some changes in the proposed service <br /> definitions . Feedback is being accepted until 7 / 23 / 05 . The new <br /> implementation date has been delayed until October 1 , 2005 . <br /> 4 . CAP Waiver Implementation Date Change <br /> - Implementation date has been delayed until September 1 , 2005 . <br /> 5 . Divestiture Update <br /> PI <br /> Person Industries in on target for divestiture to Person County <br /> on July 1 , 2005 . <br /> CDS <br /> No further update from last month . RFP committee is still <br /> working with CDS on the RFP . <br /> 6 . Arc of Chatham Update <br /> - Meeting was held June 6 , 2005 . The steering committee was able <br /> to develop it 's bi - laws . Kathy Bucher had offered to help <br /> Elizabeth / Arc create a 5013c . Next meeting will be July 18 , 2005 . <br />
